芒咕是动物城里负责给居民们送洗衣物的驴子。动物城的老国王狮子因为年迈打算退位，狐狸说服国王发起一场选举活动，在狐狸的安排下，成天爱做白日梦的芒咕竟然当选新的国王。　　驴子当国王让居民们很兴奋，而洗衣工芒咕对治理王国一窍不通，使王国陷入混乱，同时一场危机正笼罩着动物城。为了动物城的安全和自己的梦想，芒咕踏上了一段搞笑又刺激的冒险之旅。

卡拉姆（阿尤斯曼•库拉纳Ayushmann Khurrana 饰）出生在一个贫穷的家庭之中，他的父亲经营着一家棺材铺子，生意非常的惨淡，这导致他欠下了巨额的债务。长大后的卡拉姆渐渐理解了家里困难的情况，他有一项绝技，就是模仿女人说话。利用自己的这项绝技，卡拉姆在电话交友中心里找到了一份工作，他化名为普加，用他“甜美”的声音陪男客人聊天。　　心思细腻的卡拉姆在电话交友中心里非常的受客户的欢迎，甚至有很多人指名道姓要照顾他的生意，在和这些人交流的过程里，卡拉姆见识到了人间百态。随着时间的推移，卡拉姆发现，自己身为男性的这个秘密，很快就要保守不住了。

Hamid’s (8) father has gone missing. His mother Ishrat has turned indifferent towards Hamid and the entire world after the incident. Neglected and lonely, with a heart searching for answers, Hamid star gazes in the hope of meeting his father. The number 786 always bewildered Hamid. One day a teacher tells Hamid that this is God’s number. Using his father’s old mobile phone, after trying different combinations, he finally manages to connect to a person, who he is convinced is God. On the other side is Abhay, a hard-knuckled CRPF Jawaan. Hamid’s phone call, though surprising at first, intrigues Abhay who engages in humouring Hamid. These two, unknowingly and unintentionally, change each other’s world for the better.

In the main character, under mysterious circumstances, the brother dies. The girl begins to pursue realistic nightmares, and she goes to the Institute of Somnology, where she and other patients are immersed in a joint lucid dream. But after dawn, they will wake up in a completely different reality, which is worse than any nightmare ...
